Overview
The village doesn't specifically reference either the UDC or the CBC in its code of ordinances as published online by Municode. “Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 101.65, the village board has adopted the village building code which is not printed in this chapter, but is on file in the village clerk's office.” Lannon, Wi. Muni. Code. § 14-1 (accessed 4/13/2015). Presumably, the village enforces the UDC and the CBC as mandated by the statewide uniformity policy.
The village also adopted the adopted the WAC fire prevention, all of its referenced standards, and the most current NFPA 1 publication as part of its own Fire Code. Lannon, Wi. Muni. Code. § 38-86 (adopted) (accessed 4/13/2015).
